The idea behind The Martin Agency’s (Richmond, Virginia) latest campaign for GEICO is that while most consumers know the insurance company, many don’t know what a venerable, solid and successful company it is. This year GEICO not only took over the #3 slot from Progressive but passed the $12 billion mark in premiums. This campaign, which also includes TV, is designed to remind consumers that GEICO is the third-largest car insurance company in the country; has been around for over 70 years and has a 97 percent customer satisfaction rating.
