Rafael Silveira started drawing comics in the late ‘80s and has been featured in independent publications all over the country, after his work was published by American-based Dark Horse.
“I always liked old magazines, especially the illustrated ads. But that ideal world, immortalized by glamorous ads, constantly collided with the real life. This contrast is the breaking point of my art.”
